- Albert was just minding his own business one day. He saw one of his neighbors taking drugs from their house.
- He decided to not get invlolved and went storming into his house.
- *A few hours later*Some officers pull up to Alberts house, they suspect that he was selling drugs, They search his house without a warrant.
- While in court all though the officers did not find anything, Albert is saying that it was a violation to his 4th ammendment rights.
- The judge also thought this was a violation for the fact they did not have a warrant or any signs of evidence that Albert did it
