- Did you know the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November hey are actually voting for a slate of electors pledged to that candidate.

- Voting consist of 538 highly ranked officials chosen but usually members of same number of electors as Members in its Congressional delegation plus the two senates from that state

- The presidential candidate who wins the statewide popular vote receives all of that state's electoral votes
- Candidate red tie has just taken the popular vote for the state of Georgia

- On January 6th, the House of Representatives and the Senate meet in a joint session in the House chamber to count the electoral votes.
