- 16. While everyone is enjoying playing piggy in the middle, John goes to get a drink from the table because he sees Michael distracted. John believes that he can still win the challenge if Michael doesn't see him drinking alcohol. Lisa and Jackson leave the party early because they need to drive home.

- 17. John disguises the alcohol in a cup. Carla doesn't see John so she asks where he is and everyone turns around to see John holdng a beverage in his hand. Michael thought he won the challenge, but John says it was only water. Everyone at the party is starting to get drunk.Negligence: (John) a person who ignores an obvious risk or disregards the life and safety of those around them.

- 18. John is very drunk and shouldn't be driving home. Michael is also drunk and questions John but doesn't understand or process what he is saying. All the other guests are drunk and don't know what is happening. Carla is the only sober one at the party, she captures a photo of the scene. Jenny's taxi arrives, so she leaves after the photo.
