- charles entered the court in an angry attitude. he refused to take his hat off but no one forced him to, there were supposed to be 137 judges but only 67 showed up. charles refused to say that he was guilty.
- on the second day the court continued to ask charles to plead innocent or guilty. charles argued that the court was the kings court so how could a king be put on trial in his own court. at this topic there was an argument in the court.
- on day three 71 judges showed up. charles claimed the court was chosen by the army
