There is a old customer who came to the library, was going to the printer and I was going to the person for helping him and asked do you need any help. He immidetely removed his trouser and I was petrified and I reported to the manager, the issues is solved.

Oh Sorry Joel to hear that. Yeah there are some customer who is like that and if that happen again report it to the manager or the work experience head.
This situation made me more nervous don't want to talk to customer as I am not that open

I have deal with the situation and I moved on, now I don't care about that situation now. I came to work for completing the work experience.
