Siempre es una buena práctica dar apoyo positivo. Por lo general, nos resulta más fácil complementar o apoyar a otros antes que a nosotros mismos. En esta actividad, los estudiantes ilustrarán diferentes formas de desarrollar la autoconfianza de alguien más y la suya propia. El diálogo interno es una excelente manera de motivarse, y es una manera simple de ayudar a construir confianza y autoestima. Se debe alentar a los estudiantes a representar formas del mundo real en las que puedan apoyar a sus amigos y compañeros de clase en su guión gráfico.

Instrucciones para el alumno
Demuestre su comprensión del impacto de la autoestima creando un guión gráfico en el que primero apoya a los demás y luego se apoya a sí mismo.
- Haga clic en "Iniciar asignación".
- Etiquete los dos primeros títulos, Supporting Others , y el tercer título, Supporting Ourselves .
- En las dos primeras celdas, muestre cómo puede apoyar positivamente a otros o sus compañeros necesitados.
- En la tercera celda, muestra una forma en que puedes mantenerte positivamente.
- Guarde y envíe la tarea.
