Toiminnan Yleiskatsaus


On aina hyvä käytäntö antaa positiivista tukea. Meillä on yleensä helpompaa täydentää tai tukea muita ennen itseämme. Tässä toiminnassa opiskelijat kuvaavat erilaisia tapoja rakentaa jonkun toisen itseluottamus sekä omaa itsensä. Omapuhe on loistava tapa motivoida itseäsi, ja se on yksinkertainen tapa auttaa luomaan luottamusta ja itsetuntoa. Opiskelijoita tulisi rohkaista kuvaamaan reaalimaailman tapoja, joilla he voivat tukea ystäviä ja luokkatovereitaan kuvakäsikirjoituksessaan.

Osoita ymmärrystäsi itsetunnon vaikutuksista luomalla kuvakäsikirjoitus, jossa tuet ensin muita ja sitten itse.
