Visão Geral da Atividade
É sempre uma boa prática dar um apoio positivo. Geralmente, achamos mais fácil complementar ou apoiar os outros antes de nós mesmos. Nesta atividade, os alunos ilustrarão diferentes maneiras de construir a autoconfiança de outra pessoa, assim como a sua própria. O diálogo pessoal é uma ótima maneira de se motivar e é uma maneira simples de ajudar a construir confiança e auto-estima. Os alunos devem ser encorajados a retratar as formas do mundo real que podem apoiar seus amigos e colegas em seu storyboard.

Instruções do Aluno
Demonstre sua compreensão do impacto da auto-estima criando um storyboard onde você apóia os outros primeiro e depois se apóia.
- Clique em "Start Assignment".
- Rotule os dois primeiros títulos, Supporting Others , e o terceiro título, Supporting Ourselves .
- Nas duas primeiras células, mostre como você pode apoiar positivamente os outros ou seus colegas em necessidade.
- Na terceira célula mostrar uma maneira que você pode se sustentar positivamente.
- Salve e envie a tarefa.
