- Hey my name is Will Allen and thank you for taking time to come to my farm to learn how to become a good leader ! To begin I will tell you how i spread my knowledge of farming to kids. I like to use the coaching style when teaching kids so they feel encouraged and not pressured.
- I was born in the era of the baby boomers. I give maximum effort when doing a job and I have been with my non profit organization for atl east ten years.
- While working on my farm for many years I realized I possess some of Stogdill's traits for critical leaders. I am organized, persistent, and willing to assume responsivbility.
- Also I posses one of the five bases of power. I have the expert power because I am pretty skilled at farming and am able to teach others how to farm like me. Thank you for stopping by my farm I had a blast talking to you.
