- So you're telling me that I can book my appointments from my home. That's so helpful. I have a hard time remembering the office number.
- I no longer have to remember to call in and ask for a refill on my prescriptions. I can just send a message from my phone. Man I know that sure will improve my health.

- The design and solutions to these challenges must be implemented because it will increase the usage from the elderly population.If majority of the elderly population starts to utilize the application like other age groups, it will free up office staff to help with assisting in other ways around the facility.The creation of such applications should also be designed to help the patients not discourage them.
- How do I use this thing again? I do not think that it accommodates the elderly. It's so complicated, and I wonder does it have features for the disabled elderly?
