On August 7 1998, Al qaeda bombed us embassies in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and Nairobi, Kenya. The simultaneous attacks killed more than 200 American, Kenyan and Tanzania and injured about 4,500 people.
Luckley, in the end, Osama bin laden was indicated for his role in the bombing and multiple Al Qaeda operatives were captured and convicted.

On october 12th, 2000, terrorist operatives, Al qaeda, set off a small boat filled with explosives next to the USS Cole while it was fuling up in Yemen.

Osama bin laden, Al qaeda and the Taliban worked together to bomb the world trade center, the pentagon. They attempted to crash a plane into the capitol, Washington DC, but passengers took control and the plane crashed in a field in Pennsylvania.
