- It was a day in Cell 10,389. Membrane Trucking is in charge of recieving small things and letting them enter. However, Membrane Part 2,040 was going to have a special day. The bosses, or as everyone called them, Coat Proteins, planned to promote him. He needed to take vitamin boxes into town. A regular trucker is now Vesicle 180.
- You are now a Vesicle, Vesicle 180!

- In the cytoskeleton he bumped into a special motor protein. He was on his way to the Gogli for better packaging and improvement to the truck, and to be, oficicially, a Vesicle.

- Vesicle 180 compleated his first task. Coat Proteins were proud of his success, and of themselves, since they made a regular Membrane Part into a Vesicle, selected the cargo, and he achieved his mission.
