- In undergrad I studied Environmental Science and Minored in Food Studies. I was deeply passionate about public policy, environmental justice, and sustainability. I started my own project where I collected excess waste from dining halls and went on "Midnight Runs" with classmates to deliver in food desserts during Covid-19. Later, this transformed into a large community initiative where we were sourcing from bakeries and gathering volunteers from so many different places! From here I knew that I've always wanted to pursue a career in sustainability and community building.

- After college I moved to Boston and worked as an Industrial Hygienist for an environmental consulting firm. I traveled and got to see so many different things while working on-site. I learned so much hazmat regulations and the construction and development industry, as well as worker safety in different environments.

- Now that I am in SUMA I am interested in learning about renewable energy and corporate sustainability/finance to aid in the larger movement of an energy transition!
