- We will reach the goal of freedom in Birmingham and all over the nation because the goal of America is freedom.
- Pathos
- i hoped that each of you would undestand.but again i have been disappointed. I have heard numerous southern religious leaders admonish their worshippers to comply with a desegregation decision.
- This connects to pathos because he is upset with what he is hearing inside jail. this is a emotion.
- Logos
- In your statement you assert that our actions, even though peaceful, must be condemned because they precipitate violence. But is this a logical assertion? isnt this like condemning a robbed man because his possesion of money precipitated the evil act of robbery?
- This connects to Logos because he gives a problem but also gives us reason why it should'nt make any sense. He says that this is basically like a robbed man getting charged because his money started the robbery.
