- We call this “To be Young”, a prequel to Shakespeare’s iconic play, while also being a play on words from his soliloquy. This TV takes elements from popular shows like “YOU” and “The Hunger Games” and follows young Hamlet as he returns from the University of Wittenberg, only to see the cracks in the world that raised him, and in himself
- With your help we can bring this idea to life and excite all audiences, including Shakespeare fans like yourself, and tell young hamlets, full story.
- What begins as an innocent return home unravels into mind twist of trust, suspicion, rivalry, unspoken tension, and haunting self doubt for the young prince. We also explore his personal relationship with his father, his early encounters with death and strange methods of cooping, and the strange unease he feels about his uncle, long before a ghost appears.
