- It helps me and Mathew sleep better at night and reduces my anxiety that I get from leaving him alone for too long.
- your baby can also become over reliant which can make it harder for them to transition to independent sleeping.
- I am able to sleep longer and better since I don’t get out of my bed at night because he’s next to me.
