- Hello Butterfly. can u explain me your lifecycle?
- Ofcourse Dhanvanthi. Comeon! Let explain you our lifecycle.
- 1st Stage - Eggs
- First female butterfly lays eggs on leaves
- 2nd Stage - Caterpillar
- Then egg hatches and eat leaves to grow big and strong.
- Butterfly explains 4 stages of butterfly to me.
- 3rd Stage - Pupa
- Butterfly eggs are very small. The female butterfly lays her eggs on leaves or stems of plants that the young will feed on.
- 4th Stage - Butterfly
- Caterpillar hatches from the eggs. Caterpillars have huge appetites and feed almost constantly.
- Lifecycle starts again
- Comeon dude! Lets start another cycle.
- The caterpillar attaches itself to a twig and the exoskeleton splits to reveal the chrysalis. The pupa hangs down from the twig. Inside the body of the caterpillar is transforming into the butterfly.
