- In this scene Ponyboy just got back from the lot and he accidentally slept so when he got back Darry was very mad and was arguing so hard Darry threw a hand into Ponyboys face and his head hit the door.

- In this Scene Darry was so mad at ponyboy there were arguing like crazy. Sodapop tried to keep Darry down but then Darry turned at him and said, "keep your trap shut!! then Ponyboy yelled,"You don't yell at him"!! then the unthinkable happened Darry turned back at him and slapped him so hard he knocked his head against the door.
