- We want to change the Articles of Confederation! It has done no good. May you come to the Constitutional Convention?

- I don't like this idea...
- The Constitutional Conventions starts and people begin picking sides.

- We should get rid of the Articles of Confederation and start over! We need a strong central government that ties us all to together.
- No we shouldn't! This is absurd thinking that this would help the colonies! If we were ever to sign the document there has to be a bill of rights
- We need both!
- The arguing begins! The federalists want to make a new document and the anti-federalists want to modify the Articles of Confederation. The federalists (Ben Franklin, George Washington) want a strong central government too. Meanwhile the anti-federalists (Patrick Henry, George Mason) wanted state governments and a bill of rights.

- The constitution is finished! The adding of a bill of rights has gotten 9/13 votes needed.

- WHOOO!
- HOORAY!!
- The Constitution was finally complete! After about four months of debating, arguing, and sweat they finally did it!
