Give me 350,000 acre feet of water from Rio Grande annually in a 5 year water cycle.

We are now forced to give up water from other reservoirs even though we experience frequent droughts. We have been putting the effort to give them the water under their conditions.
The treaty sucked like in Article 4 with the 5 year cycle it needs to be modified with the help of the US. We can't even give our people enough water.
We are going to burn your vehicles and block railway lines.
