- It is called the legend of La Llorona. It tells the story that she lived in this same house and that for love she destroyed her family in a disastrous way. Her name was Maria. She begins by falling in love with a high-class man and they have children and Maria says that they are due to to marry but the man tells her that he would not marry because she is a low-class woman and leaves her drifting out of a sea and she for revenge got rid of all his ties and throws her two children into the sea and realizes that what he has done and commits suicide too
