- Hi! I'm Nel. Come learn more about food source, shelter, and trade in the Neolithic Age.
- Hi! I'm Nick. We will also tell you why these changes were important.
- Back in Paleolithic times, people got their food by hunting animals and gathering plants.
- You won’t find me traveling around looking for wild plants to gather. Now, we are able to grow our food by collecting and planting the seeds of different plants. This is called agriculture.
- Hunting animals? Not anymore. Now that we have learned how to domesticate animals, I spend my time herding our cows and goats instead of putting myself in danger hunting bears and bison.
