- My dear, your principal at school has sent communication informing us parents that a large number of learners are reporting the same symptoms. I wonder if it is contagious?
- At work(hospital), we are receiving many patients presenting with your symptoms. Perhaps we experiencing an outbreak. Based on the clinical presentation, we(Doctors) think that it might be a Measles outbreak
- Mom and Dad, I feel sick. I have been coughing for seven days with a sore throat, runny nose and my whole body has a rash. I think I need to go see a medical doctor.

- Since, I am a Public Health Specialist. I will set up a team that will do quantitative research to determine the severity of the outbreak, after which we will do qualitative research with the aim of introducing interventions within the community to reduce the severity of the outbreak
