  • This is very stressful! I wish I could express my feelings with someone to feel better! That would help me a lot. Wait! I know what to do! I can create a goal for myself that can help me express my feelings with people...
  • Every day, I will talk to people I know that can listen to me and understand me, and tell them about my day and how I feel. Then, I will rate how I did talking to people about how I feel, and explain why I did what I did and what I can improve on, in a journal, and always try to improve the next day. 
  • I will achieve my goal by having an alarm during the afternoon, which will remind me to write in my journal, and to talk with someone. I will be very motivated because I know this will help me become a better version of myself.
  • It is important to me because I am not the most talkative person, and that has made me also hide how I am feeling sometimes. I am willing to work towards this goal because I think that it is important to get better at expressing myself, because it can not only help me now, but also in the future.
  • After rating myself everyday, I will stop after 1 month, to see if I have made any progress. 
  • 1 month later...
  • It's been one month, and I have achieved my goal! I feel very good and proud of myself, because now I know how to let my feelings out in a good way, and are not inside of me forever.
