Boo! The larger states thnk this sucks!
The smaller states were later outvoted by other small states and the larger ones (7 vs 3)
Lets limit the state's vote into one vote to protect the security of smaller states and minimally alter the Articles of Confederation!
The smaller states don't think that this is that bad of an idea.
Woohoo! The larger states (and some smaller states) think that this idea is great!
3 of the smaller states think that this idea is terrible! This alters the articles too much!
Let's have a three-tiered government with branches! The states will be represented based on populations and the national government will have power over the citizens!
