After I read the article by University of Pretoria, I went to social media. I saw plenty of videos of people creating "fitness foods" meant to replicate more high calorie fatty foods in a healthy way.
This was especially prevalent on tiktok, where I saw plenty of creators selling cookbooks, making tutorials, and overall having a large audience off this alone. (Use someone like "The Golden Balance" as an example).
