- Hey Candy. I just wanted to check in and see how your grading is going. I want to make sure I can support you so that we don't end up in the same place we've been each quarter so far.
- I know! I'm working really hard but it's just so much. I'm trying to give every student feedback but it takes a long time - too long for me to get it all done.

- I know it can be super hard. I did the math - even if we graded 10 papers per day, which would take way over an hour, we still wouldn't get them all done in the 10 days we have to turn them around. I'm working on that with the curriculum office. But for now, grades are due on Monday and you can't be where you have been every time before. It could result in an improvement plan.
- I am just going through so much and it's really hard.
- I know. What can I do to support you? How can we set up a plan for you? I know I grade better when I can do one class at a time. Is that something you can do?
- Thank you. That's a really good idea. I will focus on getting two classes graded this weekend and see where that leaves me.
