- I dont know why i agreed to be a trade union representative,, now i am forever busy and stressed out, the cmplaints are affecting my mental health

- Treade union representitive is a union member who represents and gives and gives adcice to collegues when they have problems at work . Trade union reps are not paid but they dot get paid time off to do their work as a rep.the Rep is stressed out aand and theres too much in her plate cause sickness.
