- This frail Jew won't last another day in the camp.
- My name is Null Achtzehn
- This guy looks dangerous, completely indifferent.
- His name is Zero Eighteen, almost one of the first to enter the camp.
- As Levi continues this inhumane physical labor, he drops a heavy load on his foot causing an awful injury. Kapo is hesitant at first but eventually sends him to the Krakenbau, which is a hospital in camp.
- OUCH!
- It doesn't look that bad at all, continue working.
- The person in charge of Krakenbau's supervision already wrote Primo off for death. With a bit of convincing, Levi was able to persuade him to admit him into the KaBe.
- NO! Not like this!
- I just need a little bit of rest, I will be back to working capabilities soon.
- You Jew, finished. You soon ready for crematorium.
- In the camp, in the medical clinic, Primo learns about the horrible truths of the camp here: the selections and the gas chambers. Eventually, the Kabe supervisor kicks Levi out of the Krakenbau.
- Gas chambers? Death selections? What is this monstrosity of a facade.
- It's been 20 days and, your leg looks healed. Get Out!
- Being kicked out of the Krankenbau, Primo is newly assigned to a new housing unit and workgroup with people he's never interacted with.
- Alberto! Is that you my friend?
- It is indeed Levi. How have you been, long time.
- As Levi tells Alberto his dream of being at home, telling his family about what it's like at the camp, he learns that others share the same dream.
- Alberto, ever since I set foot inside of this camp, I've had the same reoccurring dream of telling my family what occurs inside these camps.
- We all share the same dream. We miss our family.
