Hello! My name is Albert. Today I have come to the clinical as I difficulty hearing in both ears.
I am Albert and I have difficulty hearing and it is really bothering me recently so can you help me?
Hi Albert! My name is Dr.Lucas. I will be more than happy to help you. Let me get your records and my assistant Mia .
In this x-ray there seem a tiny damage near the eardrum as we will get fixed right away and provide you with some hearing loops for better hearing.
Oh my I never expected that this would happen and be a big process!

The surgery went well as expected. Now I will be giving you these hearing loops. You place these over you ears and once you turn them on the background noise will be eliminated and you will be able to hear what other people are saying.
