- Birds are very popular in big cites. There are many different types of birds. The environment is a very plain, and neutral color board, and with many humans.
- 4: Competition & Natural Selection
- Each bird has different genes, making them be bigger, smaller, or different colors. These genes affection their way to survive in this environment
- 5: Adaptation
- After some time, they begin to overpopulate, which gives more of a chance for predators to get their prey.
- 6: Evolution Has Occured
- Since the environment is very pale, and not bright, the green humming bird and the dove were the easiest to see for the predator. While the pigeons were more neutral colored like the environment.
- Since pigeons couldn't attack the predators, they learned how to adapt and feed off of food humans leave be hide, that why there are so many in the cites, or really populated areas have so many of these birds.
- Thanks for all this time pigeons have spent in the city, most of the species has evolved to feeding of humans, and saying hidden from most predators, by using the neutral colored environment and their neutral colored feathers.
