"Antonio, I arrest thee at the suit of Count Orsino!" (3.4.338-339)

Sir Toby has come to deliver a message for Cesario to challenge him to a fight with Sir Andrew. Cesario wishes to not fight but Sir toby promises no blood shall be shed. When Sir Andrew and Cesario cross paths they prepare to fight. Antonio spots this and mistakes Cesario for Sebastian. He volunteers in place for Cesario to fight Sir Andrew for his love for Sebastian.
Orsino's men arrive and arrest Antonio, a "wanted man in Illyria." Antonio realizes he can pay bail and free himself. He asks Cesario "still think it is Sebastian" for the purse he lent him but Viola has to know idea what he is talking about. Antonio thinks Sebastian has betrayed him and spites him as he is taken away by Illyrian officers.
Viola has hope her brother is still alive after hearing Antonio mention someone named "Sebastian. Viola runs off in search of her brother leaving both Sir Andrew and Sir Toby confused.
