- Hi, my name is Erica! I work at Western University in the Division of Housing. I most closely provide leadership management to the first year residence program. Currently, I am on parental leave and am enjoying my time with my 6 month old daughter.

- Recently, I have found being in nature to be helpful to my overall wellness and work stress management strategies. I try to incorporate being outside into my daily routine to help me feel be my best.
- I often dream about how great it would feel to work from home every now and again and be able to enjoy more natural environments vs. the office scenery.

- I think about what it will be like to return to work and be brought up to speed on what I've missed in the last year. I am curious to know what has changed and how I will contribute meaningfully. I will be excited to dive into my work projects with EDI and assessment committees, and resume my leadership supervision duties. Until then, I look forward to some new mom-moments with my family (perhaps some crawling talking!).
