- As a kid I was in love with Call Of Duty. The action, the violence, the escape from reality- it was perfect.
- Man, I want to do something like that.
- Woah! This game looks so cool!
- Eh, I prefer Minecraft still
- A part of me always wanted to do what the people on the screen did; Intense action missions, serving the country, doing things others couldn't.

- One day during summer camp I told my old friend about my dream jobs. He told me that is was practically impossible to do.
- Dude, only people who are top-class boyscouts become Marines
- I want to become a Marine. Or a streamer.
- Man, That's a bummer. Oh well
- For many years to come I felt like a nobody. I played video games, gained lots of weight, and did nothing with my life.

- But all of my self doubt faded when I met Andrew. He always believed in me and always pushed me to be at my best.
- I'm doing alright. Oh? you're joining the Marines? I wanna do that too!
- What's good brother. I'm going to join the Marines
- Really? Alright, I'll lock in because you have given me hope to do so!
- You can join too, but you gotta lock in and genuinely put in the work. I believe in you brother
- Coming from a similar background as myself, Andrew made me believe that anything is possible, especially seeing his success as a Marine. He has given me determination to enlist and believe in myself too.
