- I love the benefits that using technology can have! Using it for academics always makes me feel productive and it makes certain things in life much more convenient. I have a ruler, a calculator, computer, and camera all in the palm of my hand!

- When used inappropriately, technology can be a slippery slope for both adults and children. It can influence mental health negatively, and individuals can even develop an unhealthy attachment to it. We often spend too much time on our phones, myself included!

- This book I’m reading on the Kindle app is amazing!!
- When I finish this chapter I’ll start on my homework.
- When used in moderation and intentionally, technology is an enriching tool. Setting limits on your phone, or even deleting certain apps all together, can help with that moderation. I have been free of apps like Instagram and Twitter for almost a year and I have not regretted it for a second!
