- Deep breathes, you can do this Odysseus
- Odysseus kills one of the suitors with his bow and arrow and the rest of the suitors are in turmoil over who did it and why. Once the suitors realize it was Odysseus they start to take up arms against him, but Telemachus is beside Odysseus helping him hold off the suitors.
- Book 23
- Penelope??
- Odysseus and Telemachus guard the door out of the Great Hall to make sure none of the suitors can escape. Odysseus continues to shoot his arrows and with each arrow, he killed one of the suitors while Telemachus would stab them with his spear until all of the suitors were dead.

- Odysseus leaves his maids to clean up the mess in the Great Hall and he cleans himself up to go meet Penelope after twenty years. Odysseus leaves his weapons behind and starts to head up to the room Penelope is in.

- I missed you SO much!
- Odysseus finds Penelope but when Odysseus introduces himself, Penelope stays silent and skeptical. Odysseus becomes angry at Penelope's reaction and that she isn't overjoyed to see him again.
- Penelope doesn't believe that it is Odysseus at first so she tests him by saying to move his bed. Then, Odysseus goes on a rampage about him being the only one to be able to move the bed because he built it to a tree. Now Penelope knows it is him because only her, Odysseus, and Penelope's servant knew about the tree.
- Penelope starts to sob and runs into Odysseus's arms and they tell each other about each others journeys and experiences over the past twenty years. Eventually, Odysseus will go to his father and inform him about his safe return,
