- I think I'm gonna ask my Dad to take me fishing next home visit. He's always loved doing it and I think it could be pretty cool. Thanks for ideas Ms Emily.

- I'm gonna try and start going to the court outside to play basketball for an hour everyday when I'm feeling stressed.

- Thank you all for participating in group today. All of you were able to identify a new or old activity you find interesting. For those who have ideas, use those plans to follow through and make new goals for yourself. I know some of you are still contemplating, but even beginning to recognize and identify new hobbies is a big step. I hope you all get the chance to participate in these activities and continue to find more.
