- While reflecting on both paraphrasing and the communication skill of using silence I have come to the conclusion that I need to work on being comfortable with my own silence and need to keep practicing paraphrasing so it becomes a natural communication skill for me
- I have also noticed that, by being silent and paraphrasing I learned so much more about the person I am communicating with and they were able to tell me everything that was on there mind
