- Exposition
- Judson, I know even I am not allowed to use your posessions, yet no punishment or theft is worth death!
- I love my possesions such as my whiskey and guns. Whoever touched my things last year is gonna get it!
- Conflict
- Don’t do it, Judson, it’s horrible — it’s murder.”
- “Whoever broke into my closet last Winter and stole my liquor will probably try it again once we are out of here,only this time he’ll wish he hadn’t.”
- Rising Action
- I have to tell Alec's wife. Someone had to know.
- Jeod and his wife experienced a break at their vation cabin. Some theif, has touched Jeod loved posessions and Judson is upset and fill with rage going to the extent of killing someone.
- Climax
- He and his wife have different believes about muder and theft. The wife thinks that his actions are to extreme and Judson ignores her statements/opinions. He poisons the bottle to kill the theif.
- Falling Action
- Twarn’t much of a fall, Mr. Webb. You aren’t cut none; jest knocked out for a minute. 
- Judson and his wife argue and bicker about the potential death of their petty theif. She decides to tell someone as she can get this secret of her chest.
- Resolution
- Here, take this; it’ll pull you together.
- Judson slips and falls on an acorn putting him unconscious for a little bit. No one can help him as his wife has left to talk to Alec's wife
- Alec and his spouse along with Judson's wife, rush to help Judson from his injury. 
- Alec tries to help Judson recover from his accidental fall. Whiskey has never made anything worse expect for this time as Judson dies from his own rat posion. Instead of killing the theif, he accidentally dies to his own hands. Alec just tries to help yet ends up muderering his fellow neighbour.
