- Hey honey everything will be okay. April and I are here to support and help you with whatever you need.
- Yea, Mrs. Anderson has spare pads for you. If your period is light then you change every 4 hours or so, because you don't want it to overflow okay.
- After school at home
- Hey mum, I'm home
- It was good. I got my period but April and one of the teachers helped by giving me pointers/facts and supplies
- Hey! How was school?
- Mrs. Anderson and I explained to her the majority of things she needs to know about periods, such as periods happen once a month for about a week, it's normal if your period doesn't come one month because you just began menstruating and it will eventually become regular, keep a calendar and bring extra pads/ underwear to school in case.
- One year later
- yea...
- Oh no are you okay! did you get your period?
- Tiffany came home from school, feeling better from the incident that occured.
- Thank you so much!
- here are some pads for you, luckily I had some spare. Be sure to change numerous times when its heavy and tell your mum about what happened she will help too.
- Tiffany told her mother what happened at school that day, and her mum told her more things to know e.g wear dark underwear at school, periods are part of growing and becoming a woman, It's a stage you get used to it, helps you give life later, part of puberty and hormones, emotional and physical changes and putting a towel on your bed at night for no stains. 
- Tiffany then experienced a similar situation a year later with a girl below her grade.
- Tiffany had spare pads and taught her how to manage periods to help the girl understand that this is a process of becoming a woman.
