Leo's resistance to putting Stargirl on the Hot seat was gone and he decided to just ask Stargirl to be on Hot Seat. There was no doubt in Kevin's mind she would say no.
Leo was stunned that Stargirl actually said yes. So they decided to schedule for February 13th so they had an entire month to get ready. They remembered this day because it was the day before valentines day.
