- Before I went to these many places I had to locate them.I had my crew with me and I demonstrated for them.How to locate places you want to go to.We dug and dug for a few hours. Then my shovel hit something hard It was a maiasaura bone.
- I was in Florida at the Dessert on a mountain.Inside my bag I had water a chisel toothpicks and some paper and a pencil.Inside of my pocket I had a walky talky and a gps.

- At first I felt sad because it was so small and then I felt encouraged because I thought I would find a bigger one and then I felt excited because the fossil got bigger and bigger.The last feeling I felt was thrilled.I felt thrilled because I thought I would never find a big fossil but I did.

- After I found the fossil I picked the fossil up and covered it in plaster so it would not get damaged.We put it in the jeep and took it to our laboratory to study it.
