  • Because Millie, the Hartsfield Airport is the busiest airport in the world.
  • A week later
  • Great, I can't go to Savannah for my college interview all because Mom has to work late.
  • I can help you with that.
  • It's no problem. I was headed to Savannah anyways for my interview. I'm Kingston by the way.
  • Really? That's super nice of you.
  • I'm Ashanti
  • Thanks again for the ride. This can be a good way for me to learn my way around town.

  • I-75 is an interstate that runs from Miami to Michigan. I-95 goes from Florida to Maine. I-20 and I-85 run through Atlanta.

  • Believe it or not, railroads are really important to the economy. I mean, they've only been apart of Georgia's history since the 1830s. They bring goods in and out of the state and provide transportation.
  • Ugh, I hate when this happens
  • Oh, that's cool.
  • What did they use railroads for in the 1830s anyways?
  • To supply goods for the confederacy.
  • That's the deepwater port. It loads and unloads heavy cargo. It also opens up the state for trade and commerce throughout the world.
  • What's that?
  • Yeah, I can't wait to go here next year.
  • Wow, its so pretty.
