- Once upon a time, there sat a little cottage, and in that cottage lived a lady that lived alone. All she wanted was a child. Every day she would water her plants and tend to the house all while hoping for a child.
- Climax
- But one day a fairy godmother came to the cottage in a disguise. She went to the house as an old lady. When the Lady saw her she immediately welcomed her into her house. After seeing that she was kind she revealed herself. She asked, “What is it that you desire?” and the Lady answered, “I wish for a child please, godmother.”
- Falling Action
- Because of that act of kindness, she gave her a seed and she told her to give it lots of love. After giving the seed lots of love it bloomed.
- Resilution
- Because of that flower, the lady now has a child. Now the child was very beautiful and small.Because of that A frog came in the night and took the little girl. She was to be married to the frog's son but she didn’t like the frog's son so she beat him up. She wondered a long time and beat up everyone that wanted to marry her.
- Until finally she hitched a ride on a bird and came to a flower field. In the field was the king of the flowers and she beat him up and took his wings, she then flew all the way home. Her mother was so happy to see her again!
- Ever since then they have stayed together and if anyone ever comes to ask to marry Thumbelina the mother will always throw them out. And they lived happily ever after!And the moral of the story is do it yourself, if you act nice and talk to everyone you meet then it will take you twice as long to get where you are going.
