- Now Joey has all the requisite qualifications to be an excellent performer. But he still can't get hired. Why? Because he's never been hired before. Fortunately, he can leverage his network to gain experience. His new friend Ross found him a full-time, unpaid shadowing opportunity deep in the suburban hellscape, which is sure to (eventually) help Joey achieve his dream!
