- The French Revolution was a social and political movement that emerged in 1789.One of the most important contributions of the Revolution was the Declaration of Rights of Men and Citizens, proclaiming the equality of all men before the law, the political and religious freedom, the right to private property and that sovereignty resides in the nation rather than in the monarch. During this time, scientific thought started giving more importance to politics.
- There were also other important movementes such as The Enlighment which was basically a Called age of Enlightenment, because the ideas that emerged during this period ended many centuries of darkness and ignorance and this light opened the door for the development of mankind, this movement emerged in Europe and had its peak in France.
