- Jane has just finished a hard day at work sitting down and feels very stressed and lethargic. She goes to look for something to help improve her mental state
- Jane selects a nature book to read but its very noisy round the house meaning shes getting interrupted
- Woof woof I need a walk
- Can we have a chat?
- Jane listens to a audio book but is distracted by the housework leaving her still stressed
- So much stuff to do, im so stressed!

- Jane walks the dog but it rains meaning she gets wet and cold
- I cant walk in this, the weather is terrible!
- Jane looks online for a new solution to improve her mental health coming across my game for Walking Welbeing on the Oculus Quest 2. She orders a Oculus quest 2 headset so she can play the game.

- The scenary and meditation is making me feel very relaxed
- Jane feels happy and relaxed being in a much better mental state and is keen to do the same tomorrow
