- Now its Sally's turn working in the the server room....
- Hi! I am Sally and am new here.
- Disaster strikes again... cables everywhere, systems go down, HQ loses power!
- Next is James learning a CSS role....
- James can't keep up with the hectic tasks of the CSS.
- How did I wind up getting this guy to train?
- The three leaders meet to share what they discovered...
- I didn't discover any new ideas...
- Me either... what I did discover is that our teammates are smart and great at what they do.
- How do we find the neXt big idea? The world is changing fast. How do we keep up?

- And then he gets an idea....
- Its our teammates that have the great ideas! Let's have a competition to share the neXt big idea.
