  • We are now going to make a positive mental health tool to help you.

  • By creating a routine you are taking care of yourself, which is selfcare. Getting up and taking  a shower and eating and going for a walk is a healthy routine 
  • Mental Health Is-Real -Important for everyone -Aspects of being a human -Can be positive and negative -Complicated Mental Health Isnt -In your head -A sign of weakness -Constantly a good feeling

  • I learned that if I need help I should ask  
  • I learned that selfcare is important and effects your mental health in a good or bad way 
  • I agree with everyone! I learned to make goals  for myself in order for me to be healthy
  • I learned that you need to speak about your feelings and not keep it in
