- Galileo: Hello Newton and Aristotle, How have you been?
- NEWTON AND ARISTOTLE: We've been doing really well. Thanks for asking!
- GALILEOI've called you two my party because I thought of having a special discussion about our discoveris and theories in the amazing world of PHYSICS
- NEWTON ARISTOTLE : Sure we would love to have a discussion with you because we sure do love PHYSICS!!
- GALILEO : SO, I would like to start with my first discovery.. I made my first discovery in Astronomy!! At that time, most scientists believed that the Moon was a smooth sphere, but I discovered that the Moon has mountains, pits, and other features, just like the Earth.
- NEWTON AND ARISTOTLE : WOW THATS AMAZING!!
- GALILEO: I also invented the telescope . In 1609, I learned of the spyglass and began to experiment with telescope-making, grinding and polishing my own lenses. My telescope allowed me to see with a magnification of eight or nine times, making it possible to see that the Moon had mountains and that Jupiter had satellites.
